We are a young creative team that believes an agency isn’t a vendor but a partner. Clients don’t hand us orders; they trust us with their brands. We run every project as if it were our own: with our own judgment, with proposals, and with the questions nobody else wants to ask.
But what binds us to our clients most is something you won’t find on any price list: communication and responsiveness. We reply to messages when we get them, not a week later. You can tell us anything, and we’ll tell you everything too, including when an idea isn’t worth it. That’s exactly why our partnerships last.

Everything starts with an idea worth a second look. Channels, formats and technology are tools; without a story that stands out, they stay empty. That’s why, for us, creative is never decoration at the end but the starting point.

Strategy-driven.
Every post, ad and event leads somewhere. Before we execute anything, you know why we’re doing it and what it has to deliver: no random stunts that look nice and change nothing.

Our job isn't to fill an order. Our job is to help the client grow, and sometimes that means suggesting things they haven't thought of yet.
Rok founded Agencija bloom with a clear idea: that small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same kind of marketing big companies get, with strategy, creative and execution under one roof and without the usual agency distance. He turned more than 10 years of experience in marketing and project management into a team that today looks after brands from all over Slovenia and abroad: from family businesses and corporations to public companies and destination brands.
Clients know him as the one who always picks up the phone and never shows up to a meeting without a new idea. He believes the best case study is a client who stays, and that an agency must also be able to say what it wouldn’t do.
