Event management
Events people remember.
And talk about.
Event management from concept to execution: openings, business events, demo days and product launches. Together with a campaign that fills the room and content that carries it further: for us, an event isn’t one day, it’s a story that resonates.

An event is marketing people can shake hands with.
No channel builds as much trust as meeting in person: the customer sees your space, meets your team and tries your product. But a good event doesn’t happen by itself: without a thoughtful program it’s just catering, and without a campaign beforehand the venue stays half empty, no matter how good the program is.
That’s why we deliver events end to end: concept and program, a campaign that brings in the right people, execution on the big day and content that carries the event to everyone who wasn’t there. One team, one story, one result.

Event management from
concept to buzz.
Concept and program
We start every event by asking what visitors should experience and what they should leave with. We design the common thread, the program and experiences that keep guests engaged from the first coffee to the evening, plus a budget and timeline we stick to.
Openings and business events
Showroom and venue openings, anniversaries, business meetings and partner events. Moments when a company shows what it has built: we make sure the right audience sees it.
Demo days and product launches
Open days, test drives and new product showcases: formats where customers try the product, not just see it. Nothing sells better than hands-on experience.
Pre-event campaign
An event without visitors is a cost without impact, so we handle invitations and advertising ourselves: social media, Google, email, media and traditional channels when needed. We fill the venue before the doors open.
Execution on the big day
Coordinating the venue, tech, catering, performers and program: on event day we handle everything, while you’re with your guests. Including giveaways, activations and everything that turns an event into an experience.
Event content
Our photo and video team captures the event: from short-form content posted the same evening, when attention peaks, to a documentary-style video for later promotion. The event lasts one day; its content works for months.
Post-event buzz
Posts, press releases, thank-you notes to guests and follow-up on collected contacts. An event doesn’t end when the lights go out: that’s when its second reach begins.
Measurement
Attendance, contacts collected, test drives completed, media coverage: we define success up front and report after the event with numbers, not impressions.
How we work together.

Consultation and concept.
01
We define the event’s goal, audience and framework: budget, date, venue. We design the common thread and program.
Plan and campaign.
02
We coordinate vendors, tech and catering, and launch the campaign that fills the event.
Execution on the big day.
03
We run the venue, program and team. Everything follows the script, even when something doesn’t: that’s why we’re there.
Buzz and analysis.
04
We publish content, follow up on contacts and measure results. Together we review what the event delivered and what to improve next time.

What kinds of events do you organize?
Business events: openings, demo days, product launches, anniversaries and events for partners or employees. From small gatherings to full-day events for the whole region.
How far in advance should we book?
For larger events we recommend 12 to 16 weeks: enough time for a strong program, vendor coordination and a campaign that fills the venue. Smaller events can be done faster; give us a call and we’ll check availability.
Do you really take care of everything?
Yes: concept, venue, tech, catering, performers, invitations and advertising, execution, plus photo and video. You set the goal and framework, we deliver. We can also handle just one part if you already have a team.
How do you know an event was a success?
Because we define success up front: number of visitors, contacts collected, test drives completed or media mentions. After the event, you get a report with numbers, not gut feelings.
How much does event management cost?
It depends on the scope: venue, program, catering and campaign. After the intro call, you get an itemized quote with a clear budget that we stick to.
Planning an opening or
an event the whole region needs to hear about?
Tell us what you’re celebrating or launching. On an intro call, we’ll map out the event together, with no obligation.
