Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect through agencijabloom.si, why we collect it, and what rights you have regarding it. We recommend taking a minute to read it; we wrote it so that you will actually understand it.

When processing personal data, we comply with applicable privacy laws. In practice, this means that we:

• clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data — through this very policy;
• collect only the data we genuinely need for lawful purposes;
• explicitly ask for your consent in advance whenever processing requires it;
• protect your data with appropriate security measures;
• respect your right to access, correct or delete your data.

When you contact us by phone, mail, email or through the website form, we process your:

• first and last name,
• email address,
• phone number.

Legal basis: your consent. Retention period: 1 year.

To understand how visitors use our site and to improve it, we process:

• your IP address,
• data about your activity on the website, including browsing and search history and interactions with the site, an app or an ad.

If you sign up for our newsletter or work with us, we may send you emails. We use the Brevo service for this. We process:

• your email address and first and last name, if provided,
• data on email opens and link clicks,
• after you click a link in one of our emails, and only with your consent to marketing cookies, data on which pages of our website you visited.

We use this data to send you content that is relevant to you.

Legal basis: your consent. Retention period: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

With your consent to marketing cookies, we use the Meta Pixel, which measures the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and allows us to show ads to visitors of our site. The website also includes embedded videos (YouTube) and a map (Google Maps), which load only after you give your consent.

Legal basis: your consent. Retention period: in line with each provider’s rules, generally no more than 13 months.

We do not sell your data or share it for purposes not listed here. We disclose it to processors solely for the following purposes:

We have a data processing agreement in place with Google. Google may not use this data for its other services, and the logging of full IP addresses is blocked on our end (IP anonymization).

Meta and Google may also transfer data to the US. Such transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We disclose personal data when required to do so by law or court order, at the request of law enforcement authorities to the extent permitted by regulations, or when necessary in matters related to public safety.

If our company or website is ever part of a sale, merger or acquisition, your data may be disclosed to our advisors and prospective buyers and transferred to the new owners.

• Right of access: you can request access to the data we hold about you at any time.
• Right to rectification: you can supplement, correct, delete or block your data at any time.
• Right to withdraw consent: if you have given us consent to process your data, you can withdraw it at any time and request that your data be deleted.
• Right to data portability: you can request all of your personal data and transfer it to another controller.
• Right to object: you can object to the processing of your data. We will honor your objection unless there are legitimate grounds for the processing.

We accept all requests regarding your personal data at office@agencijabloom.si. Email us if you want:

• access to the data we process about you,
• deletion of data that is no longer needed,
• an export of your data in a file you can transfer to another controller,
• correction of your data or withdrawal of consent.

In your message, clearly state who you are (your name and the email address you used with us) so we can be sure we are not changing or deleting the wrong person’s data. If necessary, we will ask you for additional identity verification. We respond without undue delay and no later than the deadline set by law.
